An opportunity arose to inject mezzanine finance into a dominant but complicated regeneration site fronting the A3 in south London.

Somerford advised Aprirose Real Estate IM in this investment which included a detailed evaluation of the development, the asset management of the existing commercial leases and an on-going involvement in the delivery of the mixed use office, retail, residential and hotel scheme. It is also the intention that AREIM will hold a significant part of the commercial element in a long term fund.
