Wilson Associates and Somerford Real Estate jointly purchased the freehold of Great James Street Chambers on behalf of GFZ Investment for £2.4 million.

The building, a Georgian grade II* listed barrister’s chambers, represents 4,000 square foot of prime, commercial real estate in the London borough of Camden. The property has been purchased unconditionally for redevelopment into a single dwelling, subject to planning permission.
