Acting on behalf of Aprirose Real Estate Investors, Somerford agreed the forward purchase of 17 prime units including a spectacular 7th floor penthouse with roof terraces overlooking the Thames at a significant discount to market value. It is intended to sell some of the units in the open market once the scheme is completed and keep others for rental income and longer term capital appreciation. The total block deal size was c£30m. The development, which also backs on to Chelsea creek, includes secure underground car parking and a full concierge service.
