Andrew and Will are the founding partners of Somerford Real Estate with industry expertise across a variety of sectors and a track record of value add transactions within Central London and the M25 environs. They have worked closely together for many years and were brought together through their intensive entrepreneurial approach and a mutual dedication to meeting the real estate needs of their clients. Both Andrew and Will successfully started and ran their own businesses prior to setting up Somerford Real Estate together.

Will Wynn WilliamsDirector
With youth and energy on his side, Will is a great deal finder of off-market and “quiet” investments and prides himself on being able to deliver opportunities to clients not available to the wider investment market. This results in a high conversion rate of transactions and satisfied investors.
His expertise of the principal sub-markets of Greater London including Shoreditch, Southwark, Hackney and South West London is unrivalled and he brings a wealth of experience in these areas to all his deals.
His background in office agency whilst at Strutt & Parker gives Will a clear understanding of investments and developments from a tenant perspective.
Will is passionate about regeneration and specialises in investment/development opportunities in growth locations across London and the South-East.
Having spent most of his working life in niche investment businesses (Michael Elliott, Franc Warwick, BCM), Andrew has decided to set up a highly focussed Greater London real estate advisory business.
His skill set is primarily in deal execution and creative agency with a client orientated perspective. What sets Andrew apart from other agents is the experience he has in all aspects of a transaction from corporate structures, to finance, to asset management.
Andrew works for a small number of private clients, PropCo’s and uk institutions in originating and delivering value add deals within Greater London. Understanding the needs of the client and the risks and rewards of property transactions are two of his key strengths and a core principle of the Somerford RE business.
Having spent over 15 years working in various patch-based agency’s including Edward Symmons, Stretton’s and Farebrother, Nick has developed an unrivalled knowledge of London’s City Fringe, Midtown and South Bank markets.
This knowledge has led to the execution of numerous on and off market acquisitions and disposals for a variety of property companies, funds, private individuals and occupiers. Whilst his mainstay is value add office investment, he has also successfully concluded subject to planning, and development led deals across a broad range of sectors.
Nick maintains a research based approach to his advice, running a rigorous line in deal tracking and monitoring of market information.
